John's Cheap Chili
Here is the Recipe for Johnny Boom Boom's Cheap Chili
3-5 pounds ground beef
2 big onions
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes.. cut into tiny pieces
lots of cumin
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
10 cloves of garlic
3 big cans of crushed tomatoes
1 big can of whole tomatoes
4 packets of mcCormick chili seasoning
1 can of black beans
xtra sharp cheddar cheese
sour cream
nacho chips
In a big pot.. Coat it with olive oil.. get it good an hot...
cut the onions and chop up the garlic... drop them into the hot oil... sizzle..
put a bunch of ground cumin in... stir up
Put the beef on top and let the onions, cumin, garlic cook underneath the meat
the flavors will seep into the beef as it cooks
brown the beef and drop in the sundried tomatoes add a bunch more Cumin
Stir and let all the grease cook into the beef for a while
drain the grease and put in the balsamic vinegar
put in all the cans of tomatoes
stir in the chili packs
put in the black beans... (drain the beans first)
get it all hot... mix it...then turn off the stove and leave covered over night.
Heat it up the next day and serve on a bed of white rice with
Sour cream, xtra sharp cheddar cheese, nacho chips
